2025 SLC Registration

Registration for the 2025 Student Leadership Conference is open!

The cost for the conference is $275 per person for both advisors and students.

Deadline Extended! Registration will close on August 22nd, 2025 at 5pm.

Registration Process

  1. Ensure you have the following information for all of your students and advisors attending the conference:
    • Name
    • Preferred Name
    • Preferred Pronouns
    • Position Title
    • Dietary Needs
    • Accommodation Needs
  2. Access the 2025 CUSP Student Leadership Conference Registration Form and complete all of the following sections:
    • Main advisor information (Double check your email!)
    • Billing information
    • Profiles for each additional advisor attendee
      • If more than 5 additional advisors, contact Vince Ruzicka BEFORE completing your registration
    • Profiles for each student attendee
      • If more than 45 student attendees, contact Vince Ruzicka BEFORE completing your registration
    • Expected hotel needs (Hotel information page)
    • Complete photo & Film Release
    • Confirm final registration numbers and cost
  3. Once you complete the registration, you will automatically receive an email with your invoice.
    • If you have questions or issues with your invoice, please email Chris Eder and Vince Ruzicka.

Need to update your registration?

At the bottom of the submission email, there is a link for accessing your registration and making any changes. An updated invoice will get sent to you after you resubmit. Email Chris Eder if you have any issues updating your registration.

Updates can be made until registration closes on August 22nd without penalty. You are responsible for the cost of any changes made to your registration after this deadline, including canceled or unused registrations.

We may accept a limited number of additional registrations after August 22nd, dependent on space and meal availability. If you need to make changes after registration closes, email Vince Ruzicka.
