Refunds for the cost of registration, $125,00, will be provided if cancellation is received by end of day April 24, 2020.
Name exchanges after April 24, 2020 are accepted by emailing Sheila Walton at sheila.walton@lwtech.edu.
If a student cancels after April 24, 2020 no refunds will be provided. This ensures the conference planning committee can pay for all food and materials purchased for the event.
